Join the Cottage City Garden for our Annual Fall Harvest Party, this Saturday, April 14th at 9:00am
The Cottage City Community Garden is hosting an Open House and Spring Clean-Up with the Port Towns Youth Council (PTYC) on Saturday, April 14th, between 9am-12pm. All members of the community are invited to visit the garden, meet the gardeners, register for a garden bed and pick-up a packet of seeds to kick-off the growing season! Come and talk to fellow gardeners and learn tips for growing fruits and vegetables at home or in the garden. The PTYC will help weed and spread mulch and soil in the garden. All are welcome to volunteer and help us continue to improve the Cottage City Community Garden. Middle School and High School students can receive service-learning credit for their participation. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to seeing you there.
