Christian from ECO City Farm taught us how to contsruct low-tunnel hoop houses to keep our garden growing through the winter. Hoop houses create a greenhouse effect and trap heat inside of the coveted area. This allows the temperature inside of the hoop to get up to 20-35% higher and protects vegetables from frost.
